Resilience starts at home.
Built for the bad day
Your home is critical infrastructure. Haven hardens it to run like it through wildfire, outages and floods.
Your Resilience Roadmap starts with a full day at your home. We build a 3D digital twin your property inside and out, measure every circuit, and test every major system. Then we rank each fix by the actual risk to your property and put a price on it.
Fixing things one vendor at a time leaves gaps. Haven brings it all together: better performance, work that's nearly invisible from the street, and one number to call from the first visit through every insurance renewal after.
On the next bad day, be the house everyone comes to, not the one bidding on the last hotel room in Denver.
WHAT WE’RE ALL SEEING
Saying it out loud isn’t alarmism. It’s paying attention.
Wildfires year-round
Unprecedented drought
A season’s rain in an afternoon
Shutoffs, on purpose
Hackers in the water supply
What Haven brings together
-
The fire department's free assessment tells you what to fix. Haven gets it done and goes further. We build in active defense that works with the rest of the house: exterior sprinklers that can be triggered remotely or automatically, HVAC that switches to keep smoke out, and irrigation that wets the ground around the house, all on backup power when the grid goes down
-
Not a portable generator and a pull cord. Every Haven system is battery-first. It switches over fast enough that your video call doesn't drop and your trade still goes through. If your internet provider goes down, the house fails over to backup satellite or cellular, as seamless as you want it. A standby generator or solar recharges the batteries, so the house is designed to run for days, not hours. A licensed installer designs and installs it, and Haven manages the job from start to finish.
-
Not a pallet of bottled water in the garage. Haven plans your water to keep flowing when the city's doesn't. Your drinking water is stored, filtered and rotated, and well pumps run on the battery backup. A fire-suppression reserve can be a tank, a cistern, or the pool you've always wanted. Now it has a reason beyond pleasure. Smart irrigation keeps protective plants watered through the winter fire season and drains itself after every cycle.
-
Not another app on your phone. Haven tracks how your home performs over time, circuit by circuit and gallon by gallon, and adjusts for the weather so the comparisons mean something. When a furnace starts working harder, a pump draws more power than it should, or the power coming into the house turns unstable, we see the early signs of failure and catch it before it becomes an emergency. You get a plain-language report every month, and a call when something needs attention.
-
Not a folder of receipts in a drawer. Your insurer already scores your home's wildfire risk, and Colorado law now requires most insurers to show you that score and credit documented mitigation. Haven documents your home down to the inch: a 3D digital twin of every room, every system and upgrade logged, and photo evidence your broker can bring to renewal. If the score is wrong, we help you appeal. If the worst happens, the same record backs up your claim. We don't sell a discount. We help keep your home insurable.
-
Not a laminated checklist on the fridge. Your family learns the house: where the water shuts off, what the backup power covers, what to grab and which road out. Then you practice evacuation drills, go-bag checks and a plan everyone can run, kids and pets included, until the moves are second nature. On a bad day nobody freezes, because everyone already knows what comes next. That confidence stays with your family long after the drill.
Find out what fails first
Haven spends a full day at your home, building a 3D digital twin, testing every major system, and installing monitoring on your electrical panel, heating and cooling, and water supply. After two weeks of real data, you get your Resilience Roadmap: what would fail first, what to fix, in what order, and what each step costs.. If it doesn't give you a clear, prioritized plan with real costs, you don't pay.
