Watched 24/7
Monitoring runs around the clock — power, water, temperature, the weather headed your way — and seasonal protocols completed before conditions arrive. Problems get caught small, often before you’ve heard about them.

Haven Cache
An off-site duplicate of what you’d grab on the way out — document copies, medication list, chargers, keys, a change of clothes — staged away from the house, like a depot on the route.
Haven Refuel
Fuel, propane, stored water, and filters rotated and topped before each season turns. Consumables expire on their own schedule
Haven Drill
Once a year we run your systems for real — generator under load, sprinklers wet, protocol timed — so nothing on your property is ever “ready on paper.”
Seasonal fire retardant
A biodegradable retardant treatment laid down on the perimeter before fire season — on the calendar’s schedule, not the smoke’s.
