Your Home’s Systems Are Talking.
Haven is Listening.
Haven Membership adds a permanent layer of intelligence to your home. We install professional-grade metering on your electrical panel — monitoring individual circuits, not just total consumption — alongside water flow and gas usage tracking.
When something changes, you get an alert with context, not just a number. Once a year, we visit in person, walk every system, update your Digital Twin, and reset priorities for the season ahead

Everything Your Home Needs. Nothing You’ll Need to Remember.
-
Full-day review of every major system, seasonal preparation checklist, open project status
-
Circuit-level electricity monitoring, gas consumption tracking, water flow monitoring, and automated equipment alerts — year-round, continuously.
-
Annual Matterport re-scan captures new appliances, equipment, and changes — your documentation stays current for insurance and contractors
-
Once a year we walk through 12 months of electric, gas, and water consumption data, what it means, and what to address before the next season.
Haven Membership runs $6,000 per year. Here’s what that gets you:
WHAT’S INCLUDED
We Watch. You’re Notified. We Help You Decide.
Most home problems announce themselves in the data weeks before they fail. A heat pump drawing more current than its baseline. An overnight water spike no one noticed. A gas consumption pattern that doesn’t match the weather. Haven catches these early — and gives you the context to act before something breaks and respond immediately if fails unexpectedly.
WHAT WE MONITOR
The problem with most home monitoring products:
They tell you what happened. They don’t tell you what it means or what to do about it.
Haven pairs the monitoring hardware with someone who knows your home — your systems, your baseline, your history. When an alert is triggered, we can put it in context and a response plan in action. That’s the difference between data and a decision.
-
We measure your consumption directly with sensors clamped directly on individual circuits — not inferring from total usage.
Circuits we typically monitor: HVAC compressor and air handler, EV charging circuit, electric water heater, heat pump, dryer, backup power system, garage or workshop subpanel, and any other high-draw or high-consequence load identified during your Assessment.
Data is continuous, at sub-second resolution, stored for years. We compare this August’s HVAC performance to last August’s. If a circuit starts drawing 20% more than its historical baseline, we see it before it fails.
-
Gas usage is remarkably consistent when you account for outdoor temperature. A furnace running more than expected for the weather is either losing efficiency, failing, or serving a leak.
We track your gas consumption against historical baselines and degree-day-adjusted expectations. An unexplained spike gets flagged immediately. A slow climb that doesn’t match seasonal patterns gets surfaced at your annual review — or sooner if the deviation is significant
-
Irrigation leaks. Toilet fill valves running all night. Supply line drips behind walls. These all appear in flow data long before they appear as water damage or a surprise utility bill.
We monitor at the whole-home entry level minimum, with zone-level monitoring available for irrigation systems. If your usage profile changes unexpectedly — a spike at 3am, an elevated baseline that didn’t exist last week — you’ll know why.
-
Alerts are sent by text and email. Each alert includes the specific circuit or system, the threshold that was crossed, and how long the condition has been active — so you have enough context to decide whether it’s urgent.
Your Haven advisor reviews the same data and follows up with a recommendation, typically within one business day for non-emergency alerts. For anything that looks like an active failure, we’re faster.
One Day a Year. Every System, Every Season.
Every membership includes a full-day annual visit from your Haven advisor — a walk through every major system, a review of every open project, and a fresh priority list for the season ahead. We also update your Digital Twin: re-scan every room, capture what’s changed, and keep your documentation current.
The annual visit includes:
• Full exterior inspection: roof, gutters, defensible space, structural envelope
• Interior walkthrough: all mechanical systems, appliances, plumbing, and HVAC
• Seasonal preparation review: pre-fire season, pre-winter, and post-winter checks
• Updated Digital Twin interior scan (Matterport)
• Priority project list: what changed, what to address next, and in what order
• Open project status review
• Annual monitoring data review: 12 months of circuit, gas, and water data
Pricing
Year 1: $7,500. Renewal: $6,000/Year.
Year 1 covers all monitoring hardware and installation — eGauge panel meter, CT sensors on your priority circuits, water flow sensor, and gas integration. After that, renewal is a flat $6,000/year: no per-visit charges, no alert fees, no extra cost for the annual scan or Digital Twin update.
-
$5,000 — one-time, includes Digital Twin. $3,500 credits toward Year 1 membership if you convert within 60 days.
-
$7,500. Includes a $1,500 equipment allowance applied toward your Whole Home Intelligence sensor package — eGauge Pro panel meter, Flume water sensor, and gas integration.
-
$2,200 — for non-members who need a current interior scan
Membership begins with a Haven Assessment. If you haven’t completed one yet, we’ll build your Digital Twin and full property risk profile before your first membership year begins. The Assessment fee ($5,000) is separate, and $3,500 of it credits toward Year 1 membership if you convert within 60 days.
Common Questions
-
Yes. Membership is built on the foundation your Assessment creates — the Digital Twin, the risk profile, the baseline monitoring data. If you haven’t done an Assessment yet, we complete one before your first membership year begins. The Assessment fee ($5,000) is separate, and $3,500 of it credits toward Year 1 membership if you convert within 60 days.
-
An eGauge Pro-class multi-channel energy meter at your electrical panel with CT sensors on up to 30 individual circuits, a whole-home water flow sensor at your main supply line, and gas meter integration. A $1,500 Hardware and installation credit are included in your Year 1 membership fee.
-
You receive a text and email with the specific circuit or system, the threshold crossed, and how long the condition has been active. Your Haven advisor reviews the same data and follows up with context and a recommendation — typically within one business day for non-emergency situations.
-
Membership includes advisory access — phone or email, any time — for questions and quick consultations. Site visits outside the annual visit are available at our standard advisory rate.
-
What does the annual data review look like?
A 30 minute call walking through 12 months of circuit, gas, and water data: what changed, what those changes mean, and what to address before the next season. You receive a written summary afterward.
Ready to Know What’s Happening in Your Home?
Start with a Haven Assessment. We’ll build your Digital Twin, map every system, and establish your monitoring baseline. $3,500 of the Assessment fee credits toward Year 1 membership. From there, membership keeps that picture current — circuit by circuit, year-round.
