The Resilience Review
Before you spend a dollar hardening your home, know exactly where it stands. One expert, one full day, instruments on the house — and “we should really do something” becomes an exact picture: what to fix, in what order, at what cost.
- Your Resilience and Endurance Scores — how long the house can stand on its own, and the odds it delivers
- A wildfire walk-through scored to the insurance industry’s own IBHS standard
- Metered load data from your actual panel, logged through the day — backup power sized right, not guessed
- A priced hardening plan for all three levels — Base Camp, Porch Light, Haven — ranked in the order your family would miss things
- A photo-documented evidence file your insurer is now required to answer
The plan is yours either way — no pressure to continue.
Documented, not described
We build a digital twin of the house.
Alongside the walk-through, we scan your home and property with Matterport's LiDAR camera and build a digital twin — a precise, navigable 3D record, accurate to ±20 mm at 10 meters.
LiDAR scan
Every room and the property, captured in one visit.
±20 mm accurate
Real dimensions for trades, furniture, and fit.
Share with any vendor
Bids from the twin — no second site visit.
Feeds wildfire models
The record carriers and adjusters can actually use.
Measured, not guessed
We put instruments on the house.
Alongside the walk-through, the Review takes energy, flow and other measurements on site.
Metered at the panel
Clamps on your actual circuits, not a rule of thumb.
Logged through the day
Peaks, base load, and the patterns worth watching.
Backup sized right
Generator and battery matched to how the house runs.
Your baseline
The numbers every later decision gets checked against.
The insurance angle
Your carrier already scores your home. Now you can answer.
As of July 1, Colorado’s new insurance law (HB25-1182) requires your insurer to disclose your wildfire risk score, credit documented mitigation, and hear your appeal. Scores are landing in mailboxes now — and at renewal, evidence wins. The Review is built to put that evidence in your hands.
They must disclose your score
You finally see the number your premium is built on — and the Review answers it with your own: an assessment of the same house, scored criterion by criterion to the IBHS standard carriers themselves use.
They must credit documented mitigation
Everything your property already does right, photo-documented and organized the way carriers, adjusters, and brokers consume it — so the credit actually lands instead of dying in a claims inbox.
They must hear your appeal
A score that’s wrong — or a non-renewal letter — is now arguable. An argument needs a file. Yours comes back from the Review ready to send.
The Review pays for itself in two directions: it’s the $5,000 that keeps a six-figure build from being built on guesses — and the file that can move your wildfire score, and your premium, at every renewal after.
